Guarantee
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at 605-397-8650.
Delivery Fees
$5 service fee for local delivery in Groton. The Golden Living Center, Rosewood Court, Paetznick-Garness Funeral Home, and Groton Elementary and High School are free. Aberdeen delivery only to the Hospitals and Funeral Homes for a fee of $10.
Sales Tax Information
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 6%, applied to the amount of the order. The tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
Order Changes
Please be advised that we must have a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our customer Service Department directly at 605-397-8650. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail. You must call the store immediately.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
